Notarized Translation for Ministry of Education

Hi



I am a foreign student and I need my high school diploma, birth certificate and transcripts to have a notarized translation from english (except one page from french)into serbian so i can validate by ministry of education.Anyone can give advice/recommend a serious translation office.Thanks.
