As mentioned in another thread, we are making an out-of-state move. I am taking early retirement, and my dd will be attending school for the first time (at 15yo.) I can't stop obsessively thinking about all the stuff I have to do - to get the houses (main house and cabin) ready for sale, to buy a new house, to do all the paperwork to get my pension (I'm vested in two separate plans), to transfer our health insurance, cars, driver's license. What will we do without dd's orthodontist? How will our thin-skinned little dogs behave in the cold weather? Is this all a huge mistake - no, don't go there....what if, what if....:0!
I've been sleeping very little and have lost almost 10 pounds in the past week from sheer jitteriness. I'm going nuts. Long walk, herbal teas, yoga, meditation, lots of push ups, talking with friends - nothing seems to help. I feel like swimming would help but it's been really chilly.
Any suggestions on how to get this squirrel brain of mine to settle down?
Thanks.

How to stop obsessing?
